To provide the complete picture of DayNine Consulting, you really need to go back to 1991. As PeopleSoft was rapidly growing from the passionate vision of Dave Duffield and Ken Morris, another team of visionaries were gathering just down the road.

Throughout the five-year growth of Ramos & Associates, their loyalty and commitment to PeopleSoft and its focus on their customer’s success remained strong. As a result, they were repeatedly recognized as PeopleSoft’s #1 rated implementation partner and the recipient of The San Francisco Business Times’ fastest growing company award in 1996.  Ramos & Associates grew to over 200 consultants and when ready to take advantage of larger infrastructure and global reach, Ramos & Associates joined with Cambridge Technology Partners in November of 1996. As the foundation for Cambridge’s ERP practice, the organization continued to rapidly grow over the next few years, doubling each year.

In 2009, Tim Ramos, along with Ramos & Associates veterans Jeanne Bauhart and John Harless, founded DayNine Consulting and again become an early and dedicated partner with Dave Duffield and co-founder Aneel Bhusri in their new venture, Workday.  Over the next couple years, DayNine continued to rapidly grow and round out the leadership team with Ramos & Associates executive alumni Bill Catalano and Darrell Pope, along with industry veterans Jim Lambert and Thor Nicholas.  Again, leveraging a history of success and common core values with Workday, DayNine is building a company that is a great place to work, partner with, and to do businesses with.
