Tim Ramos
Co-Founder, President and CEO
Prior to co-founding DayNine, Tim was President and CEO of Before the Call, a SaaS business application company delivering sales and marketing information to users of On-Demand CRM applications. He previously held leadership positions with IT services provider Cambridge Technology Partners, including executive vice president, Cambridge North America, where he managed operations totaling more than $500 million in revenue and 2,600 employees. Tim also contributed as a board member of Cambridge Technology Capital Fund.
Before joining Cambridge, Tim was founder, President and CEO of Ramos & Associates, Inc, an ERP systems integration company that over five years he grew to $25 million in annual revenue and later sold to Cambridge. In 1996, Ramos & Associates was named the #1 Fastest-Growing Privately Held Company in the Bay Area by the San Francisco Business Times.
Tim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Jeanne Bauhart
Co-Founder, Vice President, Talent
In a career spanning 25 years, Jeanne has accumulated an impressive record leading companies to the highest levels of customer satisfaction. She specializes in value creation through effective methodology development and deployment, consultant development and customer support.
Most recently she built and managed operations for Towers Perrin’s Workday implementation practice, and previously held executive level positions at Cambridge Technology Partners where she managed Midwest region P&L, built a $125 million sales organization selling implementation services, and incubated two new business units. Before joining Cambridge, Jeanne was a Partner at Ramos & Associates with responsibility for the Midwest region that consistently received the firm’s highest customer satisfaction ratings.
Jeanne has a Masters in Business Administration with emphasis on Information Technology from Kent State University.
Bill Catalano
Regional Vice President, Eastern US and Europe
Directing DayNine sales and operations in the eastern US and Europe, Bill brings deep technical, operational and sales expertise in rapidly growing services and consulting firms. Most recently, he led National Account Sales at eLynx and before that was VP Sales at Cambridge Technology Partners, where he was responsible for growing annual sales to $150M. Prior to Cambridge, Bill was a partner and early member of Ramos and Associates.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Seton Hall University and a Masters in Business Administration with emphasis in Finance from Fordham University.
John Harless
Co-Founder, CFO
Over the past three decades, John has successfully participated in growing early stage start-ups from inception to profitability in system implementation and consulting companies, including TRW Financial Systems and Ramos & Associates, where each reached $90 million in annual revenues and was acquired by public companies. John has also served as VP, Finance and CFO for IT consulting and software companies, including the America’s Division of Cambridge Technology Partners, ZNOW, Endymion Systems, Ravenflow, and Before the Call.
John holds a BA from the University of San Francisco and an MBA from Golden Gate University.
Jim Lambert
Vice President, Marketing and Business Development
Providing the leadership and management of DayNine’s marketing and business development efforts, Jim brings more than 20-years experience marketing technology-based companies in business commerce, mobile, software and telecommunications.
Recently he led marketing and partner organizations at Kony Solutions and Dexterra, which was acquired by Antenna Software, and prior to that he was at Rearden Commerce where he was instrumental in its successful launch in 2005 and subsequent market growth. In addition to a strong tenure in multi-national corporations such as Nortel, Siebel and PeopleSoft, Jim has held executive marketing positions in four start-ups, including Octane Software where he directed all marketing from its global launch to its record-breaking $3.2B sale to E.piphany.
Thor Nicolas
Practice Lead, Advanced Integrations
Thor provides leadership of DayNine’s Advanced Integration organization, a rapidly growing segment of DayNine. His 13 years of extensive experience in enterprise software companies, with focus on application integration, include key roles at IBM, PeopleSoft and Oracle where he led the North America PeopleSoft PeopleTools Professional Community.
Thor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from University of the Philippines.
Darrell Pope
Regional Director, Central US and Canada
Darrell leads DayNine’s sales, delivery, and recruiting in the central US and all of Canada. He brings more than 20 years experience in technology consulting and consulting leadership for ERP implementation, business process improvement, and operational effectiveness.
Most recently Darrell led enterprise sales at DBO2 and DuPont Consulting, and prior to that was responsible for Midwest major account sales and delivery at Answerthink, focusing on large scale benchmarking, process reengineering, and technology implementations for Fortune 200 finance and human resources. He previously worked at Ramos and Associates where he led the startup of the European consulting practice. He began his career at Andersen Consulting.
Darrell has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Carleton University and a Masters in Mathematics from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
