In-depth On boarding

Ensuring that you immediately feel like part of the DayNine team, exceptionally prepared, and excited about the numerous opportunities in front of you, each employee goes through a thorough on boarding program. The goal of the on boarding program is to connect you to the DayNine network and to help you complete the Workday training at the top of your class. The program begins with briefings on the DayNine tools available to you, preparation for the rigorous Workday training program, and interactive sessions with DayNine leadership and team members. Within your first week employees attend a welcome lunch or dinner with other new employees and local teammates.

Consistent Communication

High degree of companywide communication is key to making DayNine a company that breeds success and enjoyment in all areas, ensuring you and the rest of the team are fully informed of ongoing developments and opportunities. Using a variety of electronic and live methods, all employees consistently share in ongoing project, customer and company news and activities, culminating with a weekly companywide “check-in” webcast, run by the employees. We have taken crowd sourcing to the next level with DayNiners totally connected to each other all day for an instant source of support when needed.

Ongoing Development

In addition to the training you will receive as part of the on boarding experience, you will be immediately scheduled in required Workday certification courses providing you with the necessary Workday product expertise. Workday product and DayNine project expertise is a continual process with ongoing courses to ensure up-to-date knowledge and expertise. Providing new opportunities for personal growth and team contributions, all consultants have the opportunity to participate in development tracks that enable areas of specialization, such as compensation, payroll, performance management, absence, and the technical Workday components including Studio.

Company Events

Throughout the year, all employees participate in a variety of DayNine and Workday events that support team growth, product and project expertise, and partner relations. That is why in an industry that often demands remote work and virtual team participation, DayNine feels strongly that bringing each regional team together in one single location at various times is invaluable, as well as bringing everyone together once a year. An example is Workday’s annual partner summit, where DayNine is the only company to send all employees to learn, grow relationships and celebrate our ongoing success.

Community Service

The DayNine DNA reveals itself as our philosophy of team support goes beyond the walls of DayNine to include our support of local community and national initiatives.
