DayNine’s HR Transformation Assessment provides the necessary methodology and support to align HR strategy and execution with the overall company business objectives. DayNine will interview stakeholders, document and evaluate current HR processes, align with key business objectives, and define necessary process, staffing and technology modifications.
- Project Blueprint and Planning
Following the completion of the Transformation Assessment, DayNine’s project team will prepare an all-encompassing blueprint covering the design of the core HCM and associated business management modules (e.g., payroll, performance management, absence). In addition, updated detail estimates and schedules will be prepared and included in the overall project plan.
- Global Enterprise Design
As an integrated component of the overall project blueprint and plan, the unique global requirements of the HCM system will be identified, aligned with other global operations, and integrated into the general HCM design and deployment plan.

Key to both project and operational success is the proper alignment of staffing, optimized for the modified HR processes. DayNine will assist in identifying all required roles and building profiles of the optimal candidates with desired skillsets and expertise. - Knowledge Transfer
DayNine’s knowledge transfer methodology provides an effective and efficient approach to delivering critical training in processes and technology, along with a hands-on component to validate competency. This method utilizes DayNine’s model of assigning work in thirds and in the order of DayNine, then jointly, and finishing with the customer completing the final third on their own.
