Tim Ramos
Tim RamosCo-Founder, President and CEO
Prior to co-founding DayNine, Tim was President and CEO of Before the Call, a SaaS business application company delivering sales and marketing information to users of On-Demand CRM applications. He previously held leadership positions with IT services provider Cambridge Technology Partners, including Executive Vice President, Cambridge North America, where he managed operations totaling more than $500 million in revenue and 2,600 employees. Tim also contributed as a board member of Cambridge Technology Capital Fund.

Before Cambridge, Tim was founder, President and CEO of Ramos & Associates, Inc., an ERP systems integration company that he grew over five years to $25 million in annual revenue and later sold to Cambridge. In 1996, Ramos & Associates was named the #1 Fastest-Growing Privately Held Company in the Bay Area by the San Francisco Business Times.

Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

John Harless
John HarlessCo-Founder, CFO
Over the past three decades, John has successfully participated in growing early-stage systems implementation and consulting startups from inception to profitability, including TRW Financial Systems and Ramos & Associates, both of which reached $90 million in annual revenue and were acquired by public companies. John has also served as VP of Finance and CFO for several IT consulting and software companies, including the Americas Division of Cambridge Technology Partners as well as ZNOW, Endymion Systems, Ravenflow and Before the Call.

John earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of San Francisco and an MBA from Golden Gate University.

Paul Robson
Paul RobsonRegional Vice President, Central U.S.
Paul directs all DayNine sales and operations in the central United States with a strong focus on delivering customer value. He has over 25 years of leadership and consulting experience in ensuring consistent and successful customer engagements of enterprise solutions such as Lawson, JD Edwards, SAP and Salesforce.

Prior to DayNine, Paul was VP and Practice Leader for SAP, Lawson and Salesforce at Ciber and VP and Managing Director at DigiTerra (acquired by Ciber), where he is credited with establishing DigiTerra’s first European operations in London. Paul was also a Consulting Manager and member of the founding team at South Bend startup The Summit Group, which was later acquired by Ciber.

Paul received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration from Ferris State University.

Bernard Stiroh
Bernard StirohRegional Vice President, Northeast U.S.
Bernard leads all northeastern sales and operations with a focus on service deliver excellence, recruiting superior talent and growing DayNine’s existing partnership with Workday in the region. To this role, he brings a track record of success in the HR outsourcing space, and expertise in service delivery, back-office operations and technology development.

He joined Hewitt Associates (later acquired by Aon) directly out of college and became a partner eight years later. During his 20-year tenure, he helped develop and grow Hewitt’s benefits outsourcing solution for Fortune 500 clients. In his last position, he was the General Manager for the northeast region. Following Hewitt, Bernard spent several years leading Paychex’s HR outsourcing business unit, with P&L responsibility for $325 million and service accountability for 26,000 clients. Most recently, he served as President, Immigration Services Solution, at talent management firm SkillsInternational.

Bernard received his MIS degree from Princeton University.

Thomas Halaburt
Thomas HalaburtRegional Vice President, Southeast and TOLA U.S.
Tom directs all DayNine sales and operations in the southeastern and south central United States. He excels at building trusted advisor relationships, managing large-scale projects and bringing creative solutions to client challenges. Tom has nearly three decades of success with HCM engagements.

Tom began his human resources consulting career as a Benefits Analyst at Hewitt Associates (later acquired by Aon). Between 1986 and 2007, he moved up the ranks, eventually serving as Hewitt’s Regional Financial Leader and then Partner, a role in which he managed implementations for large clients and successfully migrated clients to the Hewitt platform following one of Hewitt’s acquisitions. Most recently, as Vice President of ADP, Tom led the launch of ADP Vantage HCM in 2012.

Tom earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Loyola University Chicago.

Jonathan Trew
Jonathan TrewSenior Vice President, Global Operations
Jonathan is committed to delivering value to DayNine customers, building effective teams and driving profitable growth across DayNine’s global business. He is a seasoned industry leader with over two decades of experience in consulting services, global sales and business development.

Prior to DayNine, Jonathan led HP’s SAP-related applications business across the EMEA region, and before that, he held several P&L and sales leadership positions as SVP within SAP at country, regional and global levels. Earlier in his career, Jonathan spent six years as a Managing Consultant at Price Waterhouse (which later became PricewaterhouseCoopers), followed by 13 years at Oracle, where he served as a VP in both services and sales roles across a number of geographies.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Warwick.

Colin Anderson
Colin AndersonVice President, West and Go To Market Strategy
Colin leads all aspects of DayNine’s Western U.S. Region (extending from the Pacific Coast to the Rocky Mountains), including sales, delivery and operations. Colin is also responsible for providing the vision and direction for DayNine’s Global Go-to-Market Strategy, Workday Partnership and all other Alliances.

Since joining DayNine in 2009, Colin has held various executive-level positions supporting the company’s global growth. Most recently, he developed and ran the Strategic Solutions group, a key component of DayNine’s consulting and delivery offerings. Before that, as VP and GM, EMEA/APJ, he launched DayNine and led sales, delivery and operations on four continents; under Colin’s leadership, teams were developed in the U.K., Germany, Australia and Japan, and DayNine’s client roster grew exponentially in these regions. Colin was also instrumental in building DayNine’s Workday Financials and Change Management practices.

Colin came to DayNine from Mercer, where he served as a valuable member of the HR Transformation practice, working with many multinational organizations to develop and implement HR and technology strategies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Information Systems from Drake University.

Mike Wright
Mike WrightSenior Vice President, Go To Market
Mike taps into over 30 years of highly successful technology consulting sales and operations experience to lead DayNine’s newly created Go To Market (GTM) team, which consists of Strategy & Alliances, Marketing, Sales, and Strategic Solutions. Mike is responsible for bringing together these key GTM functions to drive the strategy and programs for future growth, attract customers to support the growth strategy, and ensure that DayNine is the #1 Workday Partner.

Throughout his career, Mike has built and cultivated high-growth sales teams across many industries, service lines and geographies. He previously held leadership roles of Global Sales Director at HP and Knightsbridge, and VP of Sales at industry heavyweight Capgemini. Mike was also Market Leader at Cambridge Technology Partners, where he had the opportunity to work closely with DayNine’s co-founders.

Mike received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Eastern Kentucky University.

Keith Knowles
Keith KnowlesVice President, Marketing
Keith is a visionary marketing leader with over 20 years of experience in creating agile corporate marketing and product marketing strategies for leading B2B technology companies. He oversees DayNine’s global marketing strategy and execution, and leads demand generation, creative services, branding, events and communications. Previously, Keith was CEO and founder of OpenNotus Solutions, a SaaS-based benefits enrollment and employee onboarding solution provider. Following the company’s acquisition by PrismHR, Keith stayed on as vice president of marketing and product management, and helped to triple the company’s revenue.

A high-impact executive with cloud, application and web development experience, Keith has also served in product management and alliance roles at Hewlett-Packard and Amdocs. He holds an MBA from Michigan State University and a BS in business administration from the University of Michigan.

Darrell Pope
Darrell PopeVice President of Delivery & Technology
Darrell owns project lifecycle management at DayNine – from processes and methodologies, to staffing and team development, to frictionless execution and solution delivery, to quality assurance and performance analytics. He directs cross-functional teams that bring together the right people, technologies and processes to deliver the greatest value to clients in the shortest amount of time.

Darrell’s career in technology and consulting spans over 25 years. He began his DayNine career as a senior consultant and, within months, was promoted to be the company’s first regional director. Prior to DayNine, Darrell spent two years leading sales at occupational safety software company DBO2 (now Predictive Solutions). Over the years, he has also been instrumental in growing consulting practices at DuPont, The Hackett Group, Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and Cambridge Technology Partners.

Darrell holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Mathematics from Carleton University and a Master of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
